- Shipping & Delivery
- We strive to ship within 24-48 hours! All packages will be sent via the United States Postal Service. We have a flat rate of $4 for all orders in the US. For international shipping we currently ship to multiple countries via First Class International Mail. If you do not see a shipping price for your country in PayPal please email customerservice@practicingcreativitydesigns.com for an international shipping quote.
- Privacy & Security
- We respect your privacy, and we are committed to protecting the information that you provide to us. Your name, address, e-mail address, and phone number will be collected at registration to aid in providing you, our customer, with a smooth transaction. We will not sell your information.
- Returns & Replacements
- We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you see a need to return your order, we will gladly accept unopened, unused products within 14 days of purchase. You will be responsible for return shipping on returns, except in the case of a defective product or mis-shipped product.
- Ordering
- We process all of our orders through PayPal. During your checkout you will see a tab for payment that will alert you that you will be forwarded to PayPal once you complete the order. Please click continue and place your order. You will then be able to process payment.
Once you have placed your order we are unable to change the order. We also do not have back-order purchasing on our products. However, if there is product that we are out of or currently not carrying, please let us know customerservice@practicingcreativitydesigns.com! We'd love to hear what we can help supply for you.
